  • What are GME Technology’s business hours?

    Our business hours are: Monday through Friday – 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. PST Saturday and Sunday – Closed

  • How long is the warranty for my product? Most GME products carry a standard limited one year warranty unless otherwise specified. For more information regarding warranty, please check out the warranty page here .
  • How can I have my product serviced / repaired?
    Before sending your GME product in for service, please call us first to obtain a RMA number. If your product is still under warranty, please send in the product along with a copy of the receipt showing the date of purchase. If the warranty has already expired, please ask for the repair cost when you call in for the RMA number and include a check for the repair cost when you send in the product. Please make check payable to: GME Technology.You may send your GME product to our service & repair department at:

    Please include a letter showing your RMA number, your name, telephone number, return address, and a description of the problem with the product.

  • What is the turn around time for repairs?

    The turn around time for repair is normally within five (5) working days excluding shipping time.

    We do offer volume discounts to our customers and business partners. Please contact us directly to obtain any information regarding volume discounts.
